Session 092 B - DOE-EM / EFCOG ARRA Best Practices and Lessons Learned Workshop

The EFCOG workshop was designed to identify and build upon the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) lessons learned and best practices to help streamline and improve the efficiency of all EM work scope.  Participants reviewed a wide range of best practices and opportunities they achieved in ARRA project planning and project execution.  Various DOE sites reported and gave recommendations on their sites.  DOE and contractor leadership will facilitate application of those best practices across EM’s mission.
